for a talented sales professional who will be instrumental in
building and scaling our B2B efforts and driving the growth of our
business. You will drive forward the majority of the sales process,
from sourcing leads to closing deals, with universities,
businesses, and other organizations. If you are interested in

the world, we’d love to chat. What you’ll be doing: Consistently
achieve revenue targets by building and managing B2B sales
pipelines Own the entire sales lifecycle for organizations, from
initial outreach to contract signing Identify and engage
universities, businesses, and other organizations to sell Leland’s
coaching, courses, and other offerings Work closely with
decision-makers to understand their needs and craft tailored
partnership solutions Build trust with organizational clients,
positioning Leland as the best resource for their students,
employees, or members Create winning playbooks, training materials,
and resources to drive team success in B2B sales Collaborate with
internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and an excellent
client experience Qualifications You have 4 years of experience in
B2B sales, business development, or selling to universities or
organizations You are eager to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced
startup environment You are an outstanding communicator with the
ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders You are a
team player and will strive to find ways to help the team win You
are scrappy, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get
things done You are motivated by goals and excel at achieving
ambitious sales targets You are customer-centric and passionate
about ensuring client success Ability to travel, especially during
