based in Logan, Utah, is hiring Sales Development Representatives
(SDR) to join our growing team. This is not a traditional long-term
SDR role. We are seeking high-potential sales professionals for a
fast-track Sales Development Representative (SDR) Account Executive
(AE) role. This position is designed for individuals who want to
prove performance quickly and earn a promotion into an AE role
within 3-6 months based on clearly defined Metrics.Top performers
who consistently hit activity and conversion metrics are promoted
into AE roles, where first-year earnings typically range from
$70,000$100,000. If youre confident in your ability to execute,
handle objections, and create pipelines, this is a chance to
accelerate your sales career. Responsibilities Make 75 outbound
cold calls per day to city and county government agencies
nationwide Proactively research accounts and identify
decision-makers Clearly articulate iWorQs software value and
qualify opportunities Set high-quality demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM Consistently
meet or exceed weekly KPIs tied directly to promotion eligibility
Collaborate closely with AEs and leadership to support revenue
growth Qualifications Confident making 75 cold calls daily Strong
communication skills and objection-handling ability Self-motivated,
disciplined, and goal-driven Coachable and quick to learn new
products and messaging Comfortable navigating multiple tools and
screens simultaneously CRM experience preferred (Pipedrive a plus)
Outbound sales experience preferred but not required Schedule: Full
time (preferred): 40 hours/week Monday - Friday (in-office) 7am-4pm
In-office (Logan, UT) Compensation: Hourly pay commissions/bonuses
$16/hour base pay $20 bonus for each qualified demo-set 12.5-20%
commission on closed deals Average first year: $40,000- $60,000
