apply today! Summary CBC Mortgage Agency is seeking an outgoing
individual with call center experience and mortgage industry
knowledge to be their next Sales Support Specialist. This
individual must be detail-oriented, efficient, and friendly to
assist the Sales Department in driving customer loyalty and
generate leads. The Sales Support Specialist position requires good
time management and organizational skills, along with the ability
to communicate clearly and effectively while being an important
support arm for the sales team. Essential Functions Reasonable

to perform the essential functions. Assist the Sales Support team
in answering incoming requests for more information, including
emails, phone calls, and texts. Following up with potential clients
and consumers for schedules, product details, applications, and
other administrative matters and items for sales purposes.
Scheduling trainings and meetings for Sales staff and Clients.
Training clients and customers in different aspects of CBCMA daily
operations, guidelines, and procedures. Handle incoming
applications for new clients. Observe mortgage sales trends across
the United States and propose responses to current and developing
trends. Preparing material to be published both internally and
externally according to Company guidelines and Sales team needs.
Maintaining both healthy and open communication with supervisors
and managers. Participate in outbound call campaigns as well as
outbound email campaigns. Complete other duties and tasks as
assigned by management. Competencies Results Driven &

change tracks when needed. Strong analytical, organizational, and

service principles. Work Environment This job operates in a
professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard
office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing
cabinets, and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands

job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is
required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and
reach with hands and arms. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday with
consistent and flexible hour schedules centered on supporting the
Sales team. Travel No travel is expected. Education and Experience
High School Diploma/GED. Knowledge of the mortgage industry and
operations. Call Center experience in making outbound and cold
calls. Technical and computer literacy in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in writing marketing and technical language
content/material. Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be
authorized to legally work within the United States of America.
