Job Description Job Description Full Time parts position for an experienced Ford counter person, wholesale experience strongly preferred. Job Requirements: Answer phones, Respond to emails Process both online and phone orders Efficiently operate email, phones, collisionlink, repairlink, and DMS systems. Provide exceptional customer service on a continuous basis Process and manage customer returns in a timely manner Follow established inventory control and management processes Full time Commission plus base salary position, we offer vacation, paid time off, medical, dental coverage, and a vision discount plan, in addition to a competitive 401k plan with employer match.
