wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents Advising clients
on estate planning strategies and tax implications Representing
clients in probate and estate administration proceedings Conducting
legal research and staying updated on changes in estate law
Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other
professionals -Providing guidance on charitable giving and asset
protection Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school Active license to practice law in Utah
Preferred 3-5 years of experience in estate planning and probate
law Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written
and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and
